Do you have available units for rent?

Click on available rentals tab on the home page of this website, choose the property you are interested in, and call the property phone number for pricing and availability.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, $30 non-refundable fee. Must be paid by money order

What are the rental qualifications?

Who do I call for a maintenance emergency?

During business hours contact the property manager.

How do I report a problem with my rental unit?

Work orders must be submitted by calling the managers office, emailing the manager or in person.

What do I do if I lost my keys?

Contact a local locksmith at your own expense.

Can I break my lease?

Yes, you can break your lease by paying a lease break fee of 2 times your monthly rent; no notice required.  If lease break occurs mid-month, no credit will be give for remaining days of current month.

My car was towed, what do I do?

There are signs on the property indicating the towing company and contact information.

I moved out recently, when can I expect a security deposit settlement?

Your security deposit settlement will be mailed out to the forwarding address on file within 21 days after your confirmed move out date.

My credit report is showing a collection. Who do I contact?

All unpaid balances are sent to a collection agency – Pacific Credit Services. Contact them directly at 800-564-6440.
